Capcom’s still doing some damage-control since the December update.
Street Fighter V’s online game has been a bit rocky since the Season 2 patch, and some players have been experiencing problems with opponent matchmaking. Capcom is working to fix that today in a 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM PST maintenance window, during which the SFV servers will be offline.
There will be maintenance 9 AM to 11 AM PST on 1/6 (FRI) to fix issue where players are matched with opponents outside of their LP range.

Go have a long breakfast, and hopefully things will be a bit smoother on CFN by lunchtime.
