Overwatch – ‘Binary’ Comic Details How Bastion Joined Overwatch
The last time we saw Bastion outside of Overwatch was in a short film showing his gentler side. That video, however, never revealed how he became part of the Overwatch team. Blizzard is wrapping up that loose end with the release of a new web comic called ‘Binary’. In it, Torbjorn is sent out into the forest to hunt down the feared E-54 unit but comes away with a new ally.
Armored Warfare – The World in 2030 – Game Lore Explored in New Article
The Armored Warfare site has been updated with a new lore article that explores the game’s foundations. In this first in a series of posts, the world as it stands in the late 2030s is explored. These stories will also provide the backdrop to the upcoming story-based missions that will be added to the game in the coming months.
EVE Online – Imperium’s Burn Jita 4 Inflicts Massive Economic Losses
EVE Online organization, Imperium, has sent out the numbers for this years Burn Jita event. Burn Jita challenges pilots to inflict massive losses through the destruction of enemy ships. During the event held from February 24-26, 140 Freighters and over 300 lesser ships were destroyed collectively inflicting over 776B ISK damages, the real world equivalent of about $15,000.
Riders of Icarus – Corruption of Light Update to Launch March 22nd
Riders of Icarus will be getting a hefty update on March 22nd. Called Corruption of Light, there will be a lot of new content to enjoy including the Ellora Sanctuary that is under attack from Chaos Elves. Thereis a new dungeon, three new legendary dungeons and a level cap increase to 55. Add in new mounts to tame, and you have a lot of new adventures waiting on March 22nd.
