Rick “TheHadou” Thiher Joins Twitch to Help Build Competitive Gaming for the FGC

TheHadou pledges to help build the fighting game community even further through a new partnership.

FGC tournament organizer and community leader Rick “TheHadou” Thiher announced via Twitter today that he has accepted a new position with Twitch to support competitive gaming and help build towards the future of the FGC, beginning in April 2017:

TheHadou elaborated on Twitter by thanking various sources of support within the FGC, and explaining that while the job involves a relocation to San Francisco, he will continue to act as Event Director for Combo Breaker, Creative Director for CEO, and still help with Evo.

Crack the Whip with The King of Fighter XIV’s First DLC Character Trailer

After teasing several new DLC characters during The King of Fighters XIV World Championship, we finally get our first look at on of the incoming characters. Check out the trailer for Whip, in all her glory, below!

We see some amazing shots of her Climax moves, and get an earful of her soundtrack, “W.W.III.” Below, you can see the stills of some of her action shots, along with a glamour shot of her posing in front of the KOF crest.

While we don’t yet have any arrival date given for this character–or future announcements–we can likely look forward to further clarification in the next few weeks.
