Chill opponents to the bone with this tech for Kolin in Street Fighter V.

The Phantasm of Snow and Ice is (conversely) heating up Street Fighter V with her arrival; her unusual techniques and abilities have certainly captured the attention of players everywhere. Here’s a gathering of what has crossed our path for Kolin so far–much of this is based on or has contributed to the mass gathering of Kolin tech on Twitter under #KolinLab.
