Combo Breaker 2017’s BlazBlue: Central Fiction Grand Finals feature a showdown between PG|SKD and CO|Dogura

Maybe this wasn’t an outcome that shattered the Combo Breaker 2017 fantasy brackets, but it was a stunning finale nonetheless. Japan’s CYCLOPS|Dogura met once again with North America’s Panda Global|SKD after facing each other twice already this year in Grand Finals at prior events. Dogura triumphed over SKD both at Frosty Faustings IX and Final Round 20.

Commentators Nobody.EXE and C0R underline SKD’s impressive mastery of the character, having developed many option selects and unique strategies for the numerous BlazBlue: Central Fiction cast. The match-up between Izayoi and Dogura is definitely in favor of the justice warrior, but generally, Dogura triumphed in the past.

This is an exciting show of top-notch BBCF gameplay, and a great way to get some insight thanks to the English commentary. Also, before you dive in to the match, here’s a teaser:

Stay tuned to SRK, as we’ll soon feature a Q&A with PG|SKD that gives more insight into this match and SKD’s thoughts on BlazBlue.

The home version of Tekken 7 finally launches on June 2, this Friday. For those in the Philadelphia area who’re thinking about picking up the game, here’s some great news: Wizard World Gaming will be giving away copies of the game for Xbox One and PlayStation 4–provided that you can beat a WWE Superstar.

Tekken 7, as a game, hasn’t been shy about being associated with pro-wrestling: the game has cosmetic DLC based on various New Japan Pro Wrestling performers and stables. For Wizard World Gaming’s WWE Superstar Challenge, all players have to do is try to beat WWE RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss. However, players shouldn’t think that this should be a walk in the park. For interested players, Wizard World Gaming’s WWE Superstar Challenge will take place this Saturday, June 3 at Wizard World Philadelphia.

Even those getting them a bit later have the satisfaction of having done something exceptional.
