Guild Wars 2 – Finally, We Get Legendary Armor
When Heart of Thorns was announced, one of the key selling points was the release of Legendary Armour, coming with another new feature, raiding. More than 15 months have passed since the release of the expansion, and today is the day that legendary armor finally hits the shelf, and to help players get a proper browse before they buy, we’ve put together a small preview to showcase some of the highlights of this animated armor set.

The King of Fighters XIV players may already be familiar with Whip’s Crescent Swatter projectile reflector, and the unique properties of the wind ball that it spawns. The ball isn’t treated like a regular projectile, leading to some interesting interactions with other projectiles and moves.
It is these interactions that Gatoray explores in this new video, showing what happens when certain moves collide with it. The most interesting parts here involve moves with projectile properties–that will interact with the wind ball–as well as certain projectiles that will still go through the ball, due to their own unique properties.

Tatsunoko vs. Capcom Summer League gives players a chance to win a copy of Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite
With Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite coming in a few months, the community behind another Versus game is coming together on the hype train. The Tatsunoko vs. Capcom Netplay Community on Discord is putting together a special online summer league for the game.
Called Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Infinite, this online round robin league starts on May 21, and will run all the way until September 17–just a couple of days before Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite hits consoles. The last bit is important, because on the line in this league are two copies of Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite for PC.
For anyone interested in joining, registration for Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Infinite is now open. Interested players can head on over to the league’s Challonge page or the Tatsunoko vs. Capcom Netplay Community Discord channel.

Lord of the Rings Online – Mordor to See a New Multi-Boss Raid Added
During a special tenth anniversary live stream, Standing Stone devs revealed some cool information for Lord of the Rings Online players. A brand new multi-boss raid will be added to LOTRO in the Mordor expansion coming sometime in the future. The raid will take place in a location called “the Abyss of Mordath”.
Elder Scrolls Online – A New Vvardenfell Shines in Latest Trailer
In celebration of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, Bethesda has released a brand new trailer to show off the forthcoming Elder Scrolls Online expansion, Morrowind. Called “A New Chapter in Vvardenfell”, the video features a lot of great ESO Morrowind footage as well as some developer commentary. It’s a fantastic forward look at the expansion and a nostalgic reference to its predecessor.
Star Wars: The Old Republic – Celebrate May 4th with Log In Event – Pet & Double XP
In celebration of Star Wars Day on May 4th, Bioware is unleashing a special log in event. Players entering the game from May 4th through May 8th will be rewarded with an M4-Y6 Astromech mini-pet.
