Divekick enthusiasts should check out Y. Xiao’s Mian combo video for King of Fighters XIV

If you’re a fan of wall splats and divekicks, then you’re probably also a fan King of Fighters XIV’s Mian. As Y. Xiao demonstrates in the combo video below, she has a monopoly on both.

The Bian Lian performer received a number of buffs to her “Bienkyu” divekick in the latest patch, one the most important being the increased juggle capabilities on the EX version. Between this and various damage buffs in 2.00, this mobile fighter is now also a damage beast. Be sure to catch the 4-bar 100% combo near the end!

Injustice 2 weekend round up: Brainiac combos, Gorilla Grodd setups, Cyborg 50/50s and more

It’s the first weekend of Injustice 2 and the videos keep flying in. We’ve got a bumper edition for you today with some Brainiac combos, a whole bunch of Gorilla Grodd tech, a possible infinite for Blue Beetle and more. Don the cape and cowl and let’s jump right in.

Following up on his previous Flash videos, desk is back with some “stupid” Brainiac combos. It seems to get the most out of his 12th level intellect, you may have to shut your brain off.

For those who like putting their opponents on ice, MK_REO has found a guaranteed reset using Captain Cold’s Glacial Grenade. If done properly, you guarantee a freeze on the opponent.

Ketchup has been beavering in the way in the lab and has not only discovered a particularly devious 50/50 in the corner with Cyborg’s grapple, but a way to activate Gorilla Grodd’s trait mid combo.

Speaking of Gorilla Grodd, rooflemonger has compiled three videos covering general tips and tricks, advanced combos and a guide on how to set up Grodd’s deadly simian vortex.

Finally, Cody Jackson has some combos for the young hero Blue Beetle. He also has footage what could possibly be a Blue Beetle infinite in the corner, but it requires further testing.

Conversations and Fireballs: Fable|Kizzie Kay talks to Yahoo! Esports

It’s not an easy task to be a pro gamer and do well in multiple titles, and yet, there are those talented enough to excel like that. A rising star is the recently signed on Keenan “Kizzie Kay” Kizzie, who joined Fable Esports.

Michael Martin from Yahoo! Esports sits down with the player for the Conversations and Fireballs segment. He asks Fable|Kizzie Kay about how the team approached one of their newest players. The signing happened during Texas Showdown with the victory at that event being “the icing on the cake.” Kizzie likes the team for their friendly, trustworthy approach.

Next, Martin asks him the big question: how difficult is it to win at multiple games? According to Kizzie, who excels at both Guilty Gear Xrd -REVELATOR- and BlazBlue: Central Fiction, the hardest part is playing those who specialize in a single game. He manages the stress by taking things one step at a time.

Check out the full conversation below for some in-depth insight into one of the rising stars of the FGC.
