YogaFlame24 expands to Killer Instinct, Injustice 2, & Street Fighter V: Episode 7 of Top Ten FGC Plays of the Week

With a ton of tournament action going down last weekend between the Street Fighter V ELEAGUE‘s season finale, Combo Breaker and the Red Bull Kumite, it’s no stretch to believe that YogaFlame24 would have an overabundance of material for the next episode of his new series. This week, he’s rebranded it to be Episode 7 of the “Top 10 FGC Plays of the Week,” expanding his collection of clips to include Killer Instinct and Injustice 2, as well as the usual Street Fighter V highlights.

This week’s selection includes another celebratory (NSFW!) pop-off from Infused|Imstilldadaddy after he successfully Sonic Boom-looped an Ibuki player, -Hoji- Raging Demon-ing through Urien’s Aegis Reflector, XYZZY’s heart-stopping victory over Twitch.Hx.CYG BST|Daigo Umehara at Red Bull Kumite, Choxie’s impressive Kolin comeback against TKUDemarcus’s Juri, Critical Reaction’s Honeybee making a magic pixel comeback against Noble|Raptor’s Robin, Ultra Arcade’s Wheels preventing a 3-0 against HW|Valoraxe in the second Set of Killer Instinct Grand Finals, and much more. Bronson Tran shoots on Tekken 7 : Fated Retribution’s new characters for Yahoo! Esports

Bronson Tran was already a legend in the Tekken community before he narrated his own victory over Poongko at NCR. Smiling, crass and opinionated, Bronson is as entertaining as he is insightful. It’s amazing he’s never been on a reality show, but that’s probably because he’s too busy showing up in Evo grand finals over and over again.

Knowing what you know now about Bronson’s personality, you have an idea on what his opinions of the new cast in Tekken 7 might be like. Bronson sat down with Yahoo! Esports to give his hot takes on the new characters’ style and viability.

Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite’s launch roster may have been leaked

The story of Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite‘s development is one littered with repeated leaks. Aside from existence of a new Marvel Vs. game being leaked before Infinite’s official reveal at PSX, footage of the game from a press event was also released before the embargo was lifted. Now, however, it seems that we may have the biggest leak of them all.

In a post over at NeoGAF, Ryce–who was one of the posters behind previous leaks–has now posted a nearly-complete list of what may be the game’s launch roster. The list contains 14 named Marvel characters and 13 Capcom characters, which you can see below:

You may note that one Capcom is missing a character. Ryce states that they aren’t certain who this is yet, but that it may be Frank West.

Additionally, Rocket Raccoon is listed as “Rocket/Groot.” Regarding this, Ryce states that they aren’t sure if this means Groot just comes out during some of Rocket’s moves like an assist, or if he’s been redesigned and actually a duo character actually named Rocket/Groot.

Now, as with all leaks, we suggest that you take this with a grain of salt. That said–with E3 just a few weeks away, we’re likely to learn more about the validity of this soon.
