Fortnite – Over 500,000 Digital Copies Sold Prior to Launch

Fortnite Creative Director Darren Sugg sent out a tweet yesterday to reveal that the game had sold over 500,000 digital versions of the game prior to yesterday’s Early Access launch. Of course, that doesn’t include yesterday’s sales or retail sales, so that number should be significantly higher.

Elsword – Elrianode Launches to Continue the Heroic Saga

Elsword has been updated with the Elrianode content expansion, a continuation of the game’s heroic story. The update brings the Elrian land into the game that begins with the Dungeon Elrianode. This is the first in a series of updates that continue to expand the game’s world, lore and the dungeon-crawling experience.

Tekken 7 discounted 20% for PlayStation Plus subscribers

The digital version of Tekken 7 is currently discounted 20% for PlayStation Plus subscribers, and PS4 users have until August 1st to take advantage of the savings. This is the first time the game has been discounted on the PlayStation Store, and is likely a response to all the positive activity currently surrounding the game.

The upcoming months hold exciting things for Tekken 7, like the new designer panel art coming in September and of course the release of SNK boss Geese Howard this winter. For the short term, DLC character Eliza will be finally downloadable for all players on July 28th, which is just around the corner — and falls within the PS Plus savings window.

MapleStory – Eluna Event Begins, Set to Run Through August 29th

MapleStory players are being invited in to the game to check out the Eluna event. It begins today and runs through Agust 29th. During the event, players are working to collect as many Elunite Crystals as possible in any combination of five unique crystal types. Each one is worth a varying amount of XP.
