Maximillian gives his impressions of the ARIKA EX build showcased at Evo 2017

During his visit to Evo 2017, Maximilian got a chance to play the current version of ARIKA’s mysterious — yet highly anticipated — “EX” game. In this video, he gives his impressions of the game’s mechanics, graphics, and overall playability while also touching on the history of ARIKA and their involvement in the Street Fighter EX series.

Essentially, Max says ARIKA EX is “a Street Fighter EX game through and through,” noting that ARIKA has kept the spirit of their EX series alive in this upcoming title, while polishing the graphics and controls to adapt to the modern age of fighting games. Ubiq and Capcom join forces to create super-nostalgic Street Fighter II sneakers

Japanese sneaker brand Ubiq have teamed up with Capcom to create a set of sneakers that commemorate a few of the gaming giant’s classic titles. Among this set is a pair of Street Fighter II sneakers, sprinkled with frames of the original 8 World Warriors performing their iconic special moves, and held in a box printed with equally nostalgic artwork. Pictures capturing the detailed shoes and their fancy receptacle can be seen in the gallery below.
