Combo video creators say farewell to Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3

With Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite less than a month away from release, many in the community are preparing to say farewell to Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3.  This includes a number of combo video creators who’ve spent years figuring stuff out for the game.

Two of these combo video creators are Amongst Shadows and TheKoreanDrifter. Both of them have created combo videos meant to say “farewell” to the game they’ve been breaking down for the past seven years.

The first video — from Amongst Shadows — features creative combos done in actual matches both by and against his team of Nova, Doctor Strange, and Strider. As such, expect to see a lot of the familiar stuff that we’ve seen in competition throughout the years.

TheKoreanDrifter’s video takes a more somber tone, not just because their saying farewell to UMvC3, but also because this may be their departure from being a regular combo video creator.

Circa eSports signs Tekken 7 player Joseph “JoeyFury” Bennet

Circa eSports has decided to broaden its reach in the FGC by picking up their first Tekken 7 player: Joseph “JoeyFury” Bennet. Fresh off his excellent 3rd place finish at Absolute Battle 8, this Jack-7 main joins rank with other Circa eSports stars such as Marvel vs. Capcom player JoeyD, Injustice 2 player ForeverKing, Killer Instinct player Nicky, and Street Fighter V player LPN.

JoeyFury is currently in 4th place in America on the Tekken World Tour leaderboard. As he is a player with great consistency, and a tournament victory over Tekken World Champion Echo Fox|Saint, it’s hard to imagine he’ll drop his spot anytime soon.

The Division – Resistance Free Update Coming this Fall

The Division will be growing later this fall with the release of Update 1.8: Resistance. The content expansion is free to all players on all platforms and includes the Resistance PvE mode and Skirmish PvP mode, both new to the game. In addition, the West Side Pier map will spread over two zones and Camp Clinton social space will open up where players can meet up to take on adventures together.
