The Brooklyn Beatdown Round 2 streaming live from Brooklyn, New York

Last year’s The Brooklyn Beatdown is getting a second go this weekend as part of ESL One New York. While not a part of the Capcom Pro Tour circuit, this Street Fighter V tournament sports a $50,000 prize pool and, from the look at the brackets, some very fierce competition.

At The Brooklyn Beatdown will be not only some of the top players from North America, (NuckleDu, Punk, Justin Wong, K-Brad, Snake Eyez, Smug, Fchamp) but also Asia (Tokido, Fuudo, Haitani, Daigo Umehara, Kazunoko, Momochi, Verloren, NL, Xiaohai), Latin America (DR Ray, Brolynho, MenaRD, Caba) and Europe (Phenom). If you’re looking for some high-quality Street Fighter V, this will be the perfect fit for your weekend.

The Top 4 of the Injustice 2 Pro Series will be broadcast on ESPN 2

Another day, another FGC event getting top billing on cable TV. Ahead of tomorrow’s Injustice 2 Pro Series Finals, ESPN has announced that it will be broadcasting the Top 4 live on ESPN 2. If all goes to plan, the Grand Finals will be broadcast from 8pm-10pm PT on ESPN 2 and on ESPN Live.

For those who don’t have access to ESPN, you will still be able to watch all of the action via the NetherRealm Twitch channel. The preliminary bracket is set to start at 10am PT tomorrow, with all matches being three out of five. The players competing in the Injustice 2 Pro Series Finals are as follows:
