Injustice 2 players that purchased the “Fighter Pack #2” DLC have had a few days to play with the latest villain to hit the roster, Black Manta. Aquaman’s arch-nemesis is technical, controls mid-range well, and comes equipped with a fantastic whiff punisher with his f+21 string. Let’s see what tech the community has developed for him!
