Parry like a pro with this Capcom vs. SNK 2 P-Groove tutorial

With the competitive scene in complete agreement that C, A, N, and K-grooves being the most viable in Capcom vs. SNK 2, P-Groove has been thrown to the wayside and is highly underutilized. The risk and reward of the groove shows; for gaining the ability to parry like in Street Fighter III, you only have one bar that grants you access to a level 3 super — while only having 80% of the guard meter as the rest of the grooves make it very risky to take this groove seriously.

So what exactly can you do with this groove? Silentscope explains the groove further in the 4th part of his CvS2 tutorial series.
