Guild Wars 2 – Path of Fire Review in Progress

Guild Wars 2: Path of Fire is almost a complete 180 from the game’s first expansion, Heart of Thorns. It’s still early, but from the sound of players’ enthusiasm and my own first impressions, Path of Fire is everything we wanted from the first expansion to Tyria and then some. We’ll need more time to make a final review, but as first impressions go Path of Fire is making a great one.

– ArcheAge Begins Pre-Registration Arrives, Heading for October 25th Release

In preparation for the release of ArcheAge Begins on mobile devices, Gamevil has opened up a pre-registration event. ArcheAge Begins is set about 2000 years before the MMORPG, though it is a wholly separate game from the online version. The game features four distinct classes that players use to perform strategic battles using a “card-flipping” battle system. In addition, GvG will be present as well as a robust player economy.

Eden Falling – Razor Edge Games Reveals New Name and More Info to Come

Razor Edge Games has announced that the game formerly known as Epocylipse: The Afterfall is being renamed to Eden Falling. Developers assure fans that, though the name has changed, the game remains the same. In addition, devs promise that more information about what the team has been up to during the past several months will be revealed in short order.

Albion Online – Joseph Update Released – New Arena Mode & More Included

Albion Online has been updated with the release of the Joseph content expansion. This is the first significant update since the release of the game in July. Joseph brings new content to bear in the form of Arena Mode that allows players to face off against others in 5v5 matches. In addition, the Eternal Battle Expedition has been added along with updated Treasure Sites.
