Applications for the Poison Spider’s unique weapon.

The Feng Shui Engine alpha — Juri’s V-Trigger in Street Fighter V — has raised some debate in Season 2 as to how useful it really is, usually falling on the so-so to outright bad side. But any tool can prove useful if applied well, and in the video below from nyasha, they examine how to get some utility out of the Feng Shui Engine alpha — leading to some flashy combos, tricky setups, and pressure techniques to aid any Juri devotee.

Yoshi has long been debated as being low tier in Super Smash Bros. Melee, but has slowly crept his way to mid tier. While part of the reason for his low tier status has been his difficulty in power shielding — which allows for him to only do so against projectiles — part of the reason for his ascent in the tiers is the discovery of an invincible parry that allows for him to destroy the cast, on a successful guess.

Using the invincibility frames on his shield, and cancelling that into a jump, Yoshi can have the same invulnerability properties as a new stock. This allows him to put his opponents in hit-stop state, and punish on the way down from a fast fall.
