League of Legends – 2017 Worlds Ready to Kick Off, Ashe Charity Skin Unveiled

The League of Legends 2017 World Championship, or “Worlds”, is going to be kicking off this week with some of the biggest names in esports from around the world taking place. This year’s event will be taking place in China at four locations around the country with the finals held in Beijing. Rank-and-file players can get in on the action too by purchasing themed skins, decals and taking part in a variety of in-game missions. Lastly, Ashe will receive this year’s charity skin.

Mu Legend – Global Open Beta Scheduled for November 2017

Webzen has announced that MU Legend will enter global open beta starting in November 2017. To prepare for OBT, a #BreakOurServer event will be taking place on September 23rd. Anyone can take part and the client is ready for download.

Atlantica Online – New Mercenary, Tania, Coming on September 21st

Game&Game has announced that a new mercenary is coming to Atlantica Online. Named Tania, she is part of the Slave class. Utilizing fist weapons, she can stun enemies, throw off debuffs and returns it with “crushing blow” that reduces enemy armor.

– Automaton Games Announces New MMO Tactical Shooter for 2018

Automaton Games, an indie British studio, has announced that it has scored $10M in funding to bring a “cutting-edge MMO tactical shooter” to the world. The new game is using Improbable’s SpatialOS technology and the CryEngine to bring the as-yet untitled game to life. According to the dev team, the multiplayer survival combat MMO will feature a “last man standing” PvP mode that will see up to 400 players taking part.
