Get your opponents into the vortex with these hard-to-block resets for Dante in Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite

With its return to classic mechanics, Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite follows closer to games like Marvel vs. Capcom 2 in that it focuses more on resets than just long combos. As such, learning how to actually set up and land these resets is an important part of becoming effective at the game.

For any Dante players, Kitoragi has put out a new video showing off a couple of reset and mix-ups that he can do. Originally developed by Rrambam, the first reset uses a box jump out of Dante’s “Million Stabs” for a left-right reset. The second is a a variation, using a tag to get in on opponents who figured out the cross-up on the first one. The important thing here however is that the cross-up attack will prevent the opponent from trying to throw the incoming character.
