Tempo Storm’s Alex Myers shares with Red Bull Esports how he’s made it as a Street Fighter pro

Alex Myers had a brief moment at Red Bull Battle Grounds this weekend for a chat on how he “made it” in esports — and how you can, too.

“Don’t get defeated easily. Everyone’s going to get bodied at first. If you really want to do this, you just keep doing it,” Alex Myers said, when asked what advice he’d give for anyone wanting to follow in his esports footsteps.

It’s clear these are words he lives by: in a year where the Cammy pro went from being dropped by Ronin to getting signed by esports giants Tempo Storm, Alex has defined himself on determination and hard work, regardless of what he was facing.

Bandai Namco has just released Dragon Ball FighterZ’s first Japanese TV spot

With Dragon Ball FighterZ‘s release just a couple of months away, Bandai Namco is naturally starting to ramp up the promotion for the game. As part of this, they’re starting to advertise the game on television in Japan.

The company has thus released their first television commercial for Dragon Ball FighterZ. While the video — which was aired as part of the recent episode of Dragon Ball Super — doesn’t give out any new details, it does showcase the action well from this already impressive-looking title.

Check out the TV spot below:

– The Third Age Enters Alpha – Invites Players to Join ‘The War of Middle Earth’

PopPace has sent word that its latest game has entered alpha testing. Called The Third Age, the game is self-described as “a time to join the War of Middle Earth now!” It appears to be heavily “inspired” by Tolkien’s Middle-Earth, though not in an official way. Players will encounter an Elven Queen, a “sagacious” Gray Wizard, dwarves and even a familiar looking white wizard.
