ArT shows off multi-stage, high-damage combos for Geese Howard in Tekken 7

Adriano Lopes, aka ArT, has shown himself to be a proficient combo-maker for multiple games. Dig far enough back into his channel and you’ll see a player that cut his FGC teeth on The King of Fighters series — so it’s probably no surprise that he found a lot to love with Namco’s interpretation of SNK’s Geese Howard in Tekken 7.

His latest combo video shows off both Geese’s damage output, and various ways to manipulate stages during combos. If you haven’t messed with Geese yet and have a SNK bone anywhere in your body, may ArT’s latest video inspire you to try out the meter-maxing madman yourself.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2’s mystery DLC character revealed along with other Extra Pack 2 details

Who woulda knew it would be Fu?

Bandai Namco announced that the original character to be included in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2‘s Extra Pack 2 would be none other than the child of Towa and Mira, the youthful demon Fu. (pronounced “few”) While technically, not unique to Xenoverse, Fu does take root from the same source material, Dragon Ball Online.

Fu’s upcoming inclusion may signal the return of Towa and Mira in a new story mission. What’s truly curious, however, is that this character could have been saved for an eventual Xenoverse 3 title, but with all of this new content still being added to Xenoverse 2, a sequel may be further than previously thought.

Other new content heading to the Conton City include a new story mode where players are able to fight side by side with their mentors, costumes from the original Dragon Ball series, and new, undisclosed “Irregular Attacks.” Bandai Namco also announced a release window for Extra Pack 2. The DLC and the assumed free update as is the Xenoverse tradition, will be available February 2018.

As reported earlier, there is still more content coming to Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. A new form for Goku is on its way, as well as some kind of collaborative content between Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and Dragon Ball FighterZ. Check out the new screenshots showcasing a small sample of what’s to come with Extra Pack 2 below!

Running on autopilot too much? Frabisaur explains how to escape the cycle in Street Fighter V

One of the worst things you can do in any fighting game is go on “autopilot.” If you are not consciously thinking of your decisions, you’ll often find yourself making more mistakes than good decisions. In Street Fighter V — or any fighting game — the situation is always in flux, and if you aren’t paying attention, you set yourself up for easy reads and painful punishes.

In the latest episode of The Fighter’s Dojo, Frabisaur explains the mentality of doing things on autopilot — in that we if see that something is good, it’s easy to try to abuse it too much. However, learning how to not autopilot — which can create obvious patterns — is a very difficult, but valuable task. He explains this process in the video below.
