Forsburn and Ranno shine in this Rivals of Aether combo video

With the platform fighter undergoing a mini-renaissance, Rivals of Aether has been leading the charge in both mechanical innovation and player numbers. With any game that gains some sort of popularity, combo videos are bound to follow.

In this video we see some amazing Forsburn and Ranno combos — practical ones, as evidenced by their usage in actual matches. You see an amazing display of spikes, creating early losses as stocks, as well as one sequence that results in a quick two-stock loss.

With T2’s CakeAssault really push the envelope for Forsburn with his victory at Genesis 5 last weekend, expect many more Forsburn players roaming around in Ranked play.

Dragon Ball FighterZ roundup: Quick Zeni, Android 16 Kill Mixup, Goku Blue breakdown, and more!

Another day, another chance to see how far Dragon Ball FighterZ’s engine can be pushed by the community. If the number of players in a community means a game’s tech will be that much better, then it seems DBFZ’s tech will go particularly far: After its debut on steam, DBFZ has become the most played fighting game of all time.

So let’s see what all these players have put together!:

UM Tyrant opens up today’s post with a beginner’s guide to learning Dragon Ball FighterZ — appopriate, as DBFZ is certainly introducing new players to the world of the FGC.

Looking to grab as much Zeni as possible without losing precious practice time? BornFree wants you to know that those ‘Quest’ pop ups are really not time consuming at all, and net you a smooth 25,000 Zeni.

Moving into individual character tech, let’s check out Hit. Hit lacks a traditional low 2A, which you would think would be a crippling liability in a Versus-Style game. He can still force mid/lows easily, as you can see in this demonstration from @Cato__.

And Hit’s damage output seems respectable enough, as shown off by @TeaMandem.

Brandon Pollard shows off the strength of anchor Vegeta with these Sparking Blast combos.

Two meters, two assists, and one mixup is all you need to kill with this Android 16 setup from @Antinomy001.

If you have Android 21 unlocked, then it’s time to start learning your steal setups! Silvius Sama has multiple setups that net two stolen moves in a single combo:

mahouko08 has a 4 bar, 2 assist combo that nets 7.3k in damage with Our Lord Yamcha.

Not to be outdone, shows off his own 3-meter 7k combo with the God of Destruction, Beerus.
