Ash Crimson serves up a healthy dose of damage in this The King of Fighters XIII combo video

Ash Crimson has not been one of the most popular characters in The King of Fighters franchise, despite being the lead protagonist of The King of Fighters XII and The King of Fighters XIII. However, this unexplored character has some amazing combos that makes for an exciting combo video.

This video from Persona Entertainment shows off some amazing juggle potential — with at least one of the combos surpassing the maximum combo hit counter — and many of them resulting in 100% combos. Especially impressive is a combo that goes from coast to coast not only once, but twice.

Red Bull Esports discusses the polarizing opinions regarding grapplers in fighting games

One doesn’t have to look too far to find how polarizing large grapplers can be in fighting games. Whereas some people get hype watching characters like Zangief, Abigail, and Birdie perform on the screen, others will be quick to decry the characters as cheap and overpowered due to their high health and damage outputs.

But once you take a look at the intricacies of the characters, it becomes easy to see why they provide hype. As Red Bull reports, the characters tend to take a higher degree of patience to set up their damage.
