The latest beta patch has been deployed to Paladins to bring the new Battlegrounds feature to the game. Hi-Rez announced its take on the battle royale genre last month during its fan festival. During a Battlegrounds match, up to 100 players are dropped onto a massive map in a fight to the finish. However, Hi-Rez has added some unique twists to its version of battle royale to set it apart from others.

En Masse Entertainment has announced that the human male Brawler will be blasting his way into TERA with the Counterpunch update on March 13th. He joins the human female Brawler for “equal-opportunity ass-kicking”. In addition to the male Brawler, players will also find a re-tuned normal and hard mode Ruinous Manor dungeon will make a comeback and the new battlegrounds leaderboard will be deployed.

The latest update has been deployed to Gloria Victis that brings a number of big features into the game, most notably playable female characters. The introduction of female characters included reworking all armors and garments in the game to make them fit properly.
A 12-year-old Fortnite YouTube streamer has been the victim of a recent “swatting” event after his channel followers spiked in a very short period of time. According to PCGameN, the boy, “Varady”, was playing a match with Cizzorz, another YTer with over 800k subscribers. Cizzorz sent his fans to Varady’s channel which raised the latter’s numbers from about 400 followers to over 85k. Apparently this didn’t sit well with some folks who called local police to initiate a “swatting”.

In a new blog post on the Destiny 2 / Bungie blog, Game Director Christopher Barrett lets players know that the development roadmap has been adjusted to push several features back. This includes adjustments to the Nightfall Strike perks and the equipment mod overhaul. Both were slated to arrive in game by May 2018, but Barrett feels the team wants to ensure each feature meets “a sufficiently high quality bar” and that artists are given the “extra time to make things super…cool”.
