H1Z1 – Daybreak Invites You to H1Z1 Auto Royale, A Vehicular Battle Royale

Daybreak Games is introducing a new gameplay mode to H1Z1 called Auto Royale, its unique twist on the battle royale genre. The goal is, of course, to be the last car driving. During Auto Royale, up to 30 teams of four players each are challenged to “out-drive, out-shoot and out-last the competition”. To do so, players will cruise the map looking for weapons, consumables and power ups…and send the competition to the junkyard.

– Funcom Reveals Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden – A Tactical Adventure Game

Late last week, Funcom began a countdown to reveal a brand new game in the company’s stable. Now we know that it is Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden, a tactical adventure game that comes complete with “a deep storyline set on a post-human Earth”. It will combine strategy and turn-based combat most recently seen in XCOM along with “real-time exploration and stealth gameplay”. The game is in development by former members of the Hitman team and Ulf Andersson, the original designer behind Payday.
