Masahiro Sakurai is returning to work on the upcoming Super Smash Bros. game for Nintendo Switch

Aside from the fact that it exists, there really isn’t much that we know about the upcoming Super Smash Bros. game on Switch. That said, we do know of at least one person returning to the project — series creator Masahiro Sakurai.

In a recent tweet, Sakurai confirmed that not only is he working on Super Smash Bros., but that they’ve been quietly working on it for some time now.

The creator of a series returning to work on the latest installment isn’t, in itself, a surprise. However, Sakurai famously opened up in interviews on how taxing development of the last game was to his health. In the past he’s stated that the previous game (Super Smash Bros. for Wii U/3DS ) could be his last, especially after he admitted to Famitsu that he suffered from physical pain during its development.

He’s also had an interesting relationship with the game’s competitive scene, especially with how his views on competitive Smash play have evolved.

That said, while Sakurai is back at work on a new Super Smash Bros. game, he made no indication of what capacity he’s involved with in the title — but we’re bound to learn more in the near future.

Maximize your excellent damage off balcony breaks for Tekken 7’s Lee Chaolan

With any character in Tekken 7, it can be difficult to maximize combo damage off of a balcony break. There’s a lot of factors to take in: whether you’ve used your screw attack already, how far away from the wall you were when you hit, etc.

And if you choose to play as Tekken’s flashy Lee Chaolan, all of this is compounded by the difficult execution the character naturally possess. Lee specialist TZMurakumo‘s latest guide tries to simplify the decision-making process — so that regardless of where you are in the combo, your damage will always be excellent.
