Project Genom – Massive Update Finally Hits Live Status on PTS

The Project Genom team has proudly announced that the much-anticipated update to the game has finally landed on the PTS. This major update overhauls nearly every system and aspect of the older PTS version. As a result, the team is looking for player feedback and testing of all content. The update is considered in its early alpha phase and a testing ground for new mechanics and systems that have been added.

STL1119 shocks with high-damage and flashy combos for Tekken 7’s Jin Kazama

Jin’s “Electric Wind Hook Fist” in Tekken 7 is a necessary evil to learn for playing the former Zaibatsu leader. This attack has all the weaknesses a normal “Electric Wind God Fist” possesses — tight execution, high hit-level,  and a weakness to step in one direction — and those weaknesses are compounded by the fact it immediately tail spins instead of launches. It also won’t launch the opponent on normal hit if you fail to do the electric version — yikes!

You can still pump huge damage out of this move, however — and do it stylishly in the process. Famed combo maker STL1119 proves as much in his latest combo video, comprised of options all across the difficulty spectrum.

Lord of the Rings Online – Legacy of the Necromancer Release Notes Published

The Lord of the Rings Online forum has been updated with the full patch notes for tomorrow’s Legacy of the Necromancer patch. Most notably, Chapters 5 and 6 of the Black Book of Mordor will provide players a chance to move with the Golden Host toward Dol Guldur. In addition, the Strongholds of the North will open where players will meet Elvenking Thranduil and learn more about the troubles in Dale and Lake-town as well as help the dwarves in Erebor.

Darth Arma breaks down how to fight against Michelangelo in Injustice 2

Any time a fighting game adds new characters, there’s always the chance that those characters end up being surprisingly strong. Such is the case of Michelangelo in Injustice 2.

Added to Injustice 2 as one of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Michelangelo has quickly risen to the top. The most notable example of this may be EchoFox’s SonicFox using him to great effect at Winter Brawl.

With the character looking to be a dominant force in the game, Darth Arma has taken the time to prepare a video designed to help players learn how to fight him. In the video below, he goes over Mikey’s overall game plan, as well as his moves and strings, and additional advice on how to deal with him.
