– Far Cry 5 RiP #1 – Cooperative Story & Arcade Modes

Ubisoft’s Far Cry 5 is due to release tomorrow, and we wanted to present you with our review #1 in the review-in-progress series. Our focus is mainly going to be centered on cooperative play. Though we received keys late in the weekend, we have a lot to say about what we’ve experienced so far.

Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown event “Beat Tribe” boasts 500+ entrants for April 1st

If you thought Virtua Fighter was dead within the fighting game community, Japan would like a word with you.

While the game’s scene has struggled within the West, Japan — as well as South Korea — has continued to enjoy various titles in the franchise, including the most recent Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown.

Adding to the popularity of the game in the East is the event Beat Tribe, which focuses squarely on Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown, and is in its 16th iteration. The 5-on-5 team tournament now boasts over 500 entrants, and will be held on April 1st, 2018 at Toyosu PIT in Tokyo, Japan. The event will be streamed live by Game Newton.
