However, En Masse Entertainment has a big month coming in May with new content being added each and every week. The first big update will be coming on May 4th with the first Item Pass Delivery and a new five-player dungeon for high-end players.

Taking place in Illinios, Combo Breaker has earned a special place in the competitive Mortal Kombat community. Being just a stone’s throw away from Chicago, the home of series developers NetherRealm Studios (and their predecessor, Midway Games), it was only natural that the series would find a home at this event. Now, this year’s edition looks to be another big one for the Mortal Kombat community, with two of the series finest games receiving generous prize pool bonuses. Both the Mortal Kombat XL and Mortal Kombat 9 tournaments at Combo Breaker 2018 will each receive a $2,500 prize pool bonus from Warner Bros. and NetherRealm Studios.
It’s always nice to see support from a games developers and publishers. Even more so when one of the game’s being supported is one that’s already almost a decade old, and not even running on current hardware!
