Clutch 2018 results

Brought to us by KiT Gaming and PandaxGaming, Indianapolis’s Clutch 2018 closed out the weekend for the Midwest FGC. In addition to excellent and exciting battles, we had some truly unforgettable moments — be it the world’s most unfortunate stick malfunction (and saddest technicality), or Sonic Fox winning tournaments with his vision impaired… twice. Hearthstone – Executive Producer Hamilton Chu Tag Teams Ben Brode’s Blizzard Departure

It appears that Blizzard Game Director Ben Brode isn’t the only one who has left the Hearthstone team. In an odd “tag team” post to Brode’s Twitter announcement, Hearthstone Executive Producer Hamilton Chu wrote “Weird! It was mine too…” There is no other word about where Chu is planning to go next and there is no long farewell on the Hearthstone forum similar to that posted by Brode. This marks the second high-profile departure from the Hearthstone team. Do we smell change in the wind?

EVE Online – Space Pope-ing – A Softer Side of EVE

At EVE FanFest in Reykjavik this past weekend, one couldn’t go far without seeing the papal hats of the Sixth Empire adorining bags or hanging around the necks of capsuleers as they went to and from panels and events in the Harpa Concert Hall. The Sixth Empire has operated in EVE Online for years now and while over five hundred people at any given time are active within the Empire, one man has come to define what EVE’s most visible neutral faction does: The Space Pope.
