SNK is working on a new patch to address minor issues in The King of Fighters XIV version 3.0

As you may recall, SNK recently updated The King of Fighters XIV to version 3.0, adding in new characters and a host of balance changes. That said, any new patch usually comes with the risk of new bugs and glitches… In a recent tweet, SNK announced that they have found some “minor issues” in The King of Fighters XIV version 3.0, and as such are working on a new patch (version 3.01) to address these.

No specific details of the issues that they found have been given as of the time of writing; the only bug that’s been brought to our attention at this point is Heidern’s “Storm Bringer bug” which is probably intentional, seeing as it’s been in previous games. That said, it’s nice to know that SNK is already hard at work addressing any issues that may have been found in this otherwise excellent update.

The King of Fighters XIV‘s version 3.0 patch was released last April 12 for both PlayStation 4 and PC. No word as of yet has been given as for when the 3.01 update will arrive.

However, the BfA alpha has been getting some updates over the intervening days with some pretty interesting new things. We’ve looked things over and found five of the most interesting new components of the BfA alpha.
