Taking 22 years to create, this 100% combo from Japan abuses many things that have been used over the years to set up amazing exhibition combos in the game, including Sailor Uranus’ backdash and the ability to overlap your opponent — previously used by Sailor Mercury for her own 100% combo. The result is a crazy exchange that leaves Sailor Neptune playing the world’s smallest violin for her victim.
