All For One is coming to steal your quirks in My Hero One’s Justice

Yet another character has been revealed for Bandai Namco’s upcoming My Hero Academia arena fighter, My Hero One’s Justice. The latest issue of Weekly Jump has revealed that the villain All For One will be joining the game’s cast.

The true leader of the League of Villains, All For One is one of the most powerful villains in the series, able to stand up even to the mighty All Might. His quirk allows him to absorb and use the quirks of his opponents, something that seems like it’ll be quite useful in game.

In addition to All For One, the issue also gives some details on the game’s “Plus Ultra All” special attack. Players can fill up a meter called the Plus Ultra Gauge. Once three bars of this have been filled up, they can activate the deadly Plus Ultra All attack, which sees all three members of a players team joining in the fight.

My Hero One’s Justice is set to launch in Japan for PlayStation 4, Switch, and Xbox One on August 23, followed by a Western launch for PlayStation 4, Switch, Xbox One, and PC on October 26.

After roughly 4 years of absence, it was incredible to get back into the Aspect Arena and call on the elements to assist me. With the return of this festival, it reminded me of a few things that only existed in Tyria for a fleeting moment. Who knows, maybe we will see them again. Maybe, for some, there is a good reason to let them fade into memory and we won’t ever see their like again

Evo 2018 streaming live from Las Vegas, Nevada

This weekend is the yearly summit of fighting games, Evo 2018, presented by Cygames. Each year the Evolution Championship Series brings together thousands in the spirit of competition for the largest fighting game event in the globe. Three days, eight titles. Who will claim each title to be declared the world champion?

As with the previous two years, the 2018 event finds its home at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Friday and Saturday will take place at the Convention Center with the Sunday finale happening in the Events Center.

The Evo 2018 Line-up

This year’s event consists of eight headline titles: Dragon Ball FighterZ, Street Fighter V Arcade Edition, Tekken 7, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, Super Smash Bros. Melee, BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle, Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2 and Injustice 2. First the first time, Evo will also give official coverage to some of the numerous side events that will be taking place alongside the main titles.

Official Broadcasts

Evo 2018 will covered by a total of nine official streams. As with last year’s event, each game will have a dedicated stream, bringing you the action from pools to the semi-finals, culminating in the top 8 finals on the main Evo stream. The Saturday finals are Injustice 2, BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, while the Sunday finals are Guilty Gear Xrd, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Tekken 7, Dragon Ball FighterZ and Street Fighter V.

The main Evo stream will primarily consist of The Jump Off, the talk show that will bringing you a variety of coverage from the Evo games throughout the weekend.
