Everyone has a fighting chance
Blade & Soul will be getting a big update on September 12th called Warden’s Fury, the patch will include the Warden playable class as well as the “next Act in the epic story arc” plus a new dungeon. Players who had a registered account before today will receive a free Wandering Swordsman Pack when the class launches that includes a lot of handy items for players ready to raise their new Warden.
The online portion of the 2018 Capcom Pro Tour continues marching ever forward, as we now head into the home stretch of events with the second Online Ranking Event for Eastern Europe — and the final event for the region, period — taking place this past weekend.
Eligible regions included Latvia, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Finland, Romania, Lithuania, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Russia, Estonia, the Ukraine, and Greece. With 55 players competing, the competition for those crucial Ranking Points was guaranteed to produce some fierce battles.

Eligible regions include Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela. Registration is currently live at smash.gg. The event will start at 10:00 AM BRT/PDT, with the top 8 beginning at 4:00 PM. BRT/PDT. One of the most talked-about hardware displays at Evo 2018 was the Victrix Pro FS, a $350 fight stick controller attempting to redefine the standard of arcade sticks. At that price point, it very well should — it is impossible to have a conversation about the Pro FS without discussing whether or not its steep price tag is justified. (Our own Lazybones2020 looked into the features of the Pro FS live on the Evo 2018 floor — you can read about his own hands-on experience here.)
