Get ready for the crossover of Team Razer X Kenny Omega!

The New Japan Pro Wrestling’s IWGP Heavyweight Champion, Kenny Omega, is about to embark on his latest venture within the fighting game community. Team Razer, an organization that sponsors Evo 2013 Champion Xian, and boasts alumni such as Gackt, RB, Infiltraiton and Fuudo, has recently announced the signing of “The Cleaner” to the squad. Though he has proven his skills in tournaments and exhibitions with Alex and Cody in Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition and Bryan Fury in Tekken 7, this will likely be more of a promotional acquisition, with the Razer account tweeting that this is, “the crossover you never knew you wanted…until now.”

Omega himself has responded that he was proud to be a member of the Team, and that fans, “better believe we’re gonna do a ton of cool stuff in the future,” as you can see in the tweets below.
