Last time, we talked about an infinite soul charge glitch in Soul Calibur II. Today, we’re looking at another Namco property that’s a little harder to find information on: Kinnikuman Muscle Grand Prix 2.
Specifically, I wanted to spread my love of its stun-building combo system, and the way it ties into the footsies of its wrestling ring stages. There’s a lot of love put into this odd little Namco fighter, and a worthy case study for the ways you can make a “simple” fighting game have real depth.
