Diablo Immortal Trolling Taken to New Heights by Domino’s Pizza Malaysia

It seems that the explosive community reaction to the announcement of Blizzard’s mobile-only Diablo Immortal has gone viral and even entered the mainstream. Domino’s Pizza Malaysian branch recently trolled Blizzard on its Facebook page with an image of a man dressed similar to the BlizzCon attendee who asked whether or not the announcement of Diablo Immortal was an “out of season April Fool’s joke”. It doesn’t stop at just a picture either.

Project Genom Making a Move to SpatialOS After Months of Silence

After months of silence, the Project Genom team has posted to the game’s Steam page that it is making the move to SpatialOS. The game had been “restarted” in May 2018, but had run into technical issues that couldn’t be solved quickly. As a result, several months went by with no game updates and falling sales. However, the company has invested new funds into SpatialOS technology and has plans to reignite development.

SmileGate Devs Speak Up About Lost Ark Open Beta Issues

Last week marked the launch of the Lost Ark open beta in South Korea, but it’s not gone quite as smoothly as Smilegate may have wished. As one of the more keenly anticipated titles, it comes as no surprise that players flooded in both from South Korea, but also a tsunami of players from China that caused server issues and more. Funcom Touts the Most Profitable Year in Its History

The Funcom financial call is over and it’s been a great year for the company anchored by the success of Conan Exiles. In fact, Funcom “is free of any interest-bearing debt as of 4 October 2018 for the first time since 2009”. The report also included a peek ahead at a number of titles in development.
