Jagex Permanently Bans Twitch Streamer for Telling a Suicidal Person to Kill Themselves on Air

A YouTube streamer named “Aus_Swag” has been permanently banned from RuneScape after an incident when, while playing the game, he made a phone call to a suicidal person. According to Dexerto.com, Aus_Swag was asked by a friend to phone a suicidal woman “for advice and support”. He did so during his RuneScape stream and, rather than offering support, “he instead simply states, ‘I think you should just kill yourself'” while laughing along with other participants in the call.

Torchlight Frontiers to Offer You Wardrobes So You Can Always Sport the Right Gear

The Torchlight Frontiers site has been updated with a new developer diary that outlines a new feature called Wardrobes. As the name implies, “players need a place to store and swap entire sets of equipment when adventuring on the Frontier”. The decision to add a wardrobe system to the game came from feedback from testers during Alpha 1 and Alpha 2. Rather than just a cosmetic storage, however, it is more utilitarian in that players can create and store “the right tools for the job”.

This news is of particular interest to fans of the Dragon Age series: A fan-made patch has been released at NexusMods that fixes nearly 800 bugs in Dragon Age: Origins as well as restores fascinating conversations, dialogs, story choices and items. “This fixpack attempts to address ALL dialogue, quest, scripting, plot, and most item bugs in the base game of Dragon Age: Origins. It also restores a great deal of previously inaccessible content,” the notes read.

If you are looking for a classic RPG set in a post-apocalyptic world to play, then you’ll be glad to know that Russian developer AtomTeam recently released Atom RPG. In Atom RPG, instead of tearing down the Berlin Wall the Cold War ended with the nukes launching. You play as a member of ATOM, an elite Russian force tasked with recovering pre-war era tech and restoring the Soviet way of life. Did the indy developer put out a worthy title, or did they just drop another bomb?
