Blizzard Randomly Polling Hearthstone Players About Rastakhan’s Rumble & the Importance of Competitive Play

A couple of threads have cropped up on the Hearthstone Reddit about a recent survey sent out to players. The questions cover a wide variety of topics regarding the game in general and the recently released Rastakhan’s Rumble expansion in particular. A couple queries in particular piqued our interest: “How important are Blizzard sponsored Hearthstone tournaments to you?” and “If there were no Blizzard sponsored Hearthstone tournaments, how likely are you to play Hearthstone in the next 30 days?”

Marvel’s Stan Lee Memorialized in World of Warcraft

Now that the v8.1.5 patch has been deployed to the World of Warcraft public test realm, players are busy ferreting out new information about upcoming content. In one of the more touching pieces discovered, players have found a new guard in the human Alliance city of Stormwind simply named “Stanley”. A quick look at him shows that it is clearly Marvel’s Stan Lee. Two other character models have also been datamined, one wearing a Horde tabard and one without any faction markings.

The Division 2 for PC ‘Is Not a Console Port’ According to Devs

Developers working on The Division 2 have posted a new video to remind players that the PC version is “not a port, but is being worked on right alongside all the others”. The video showcases some of the PC features that players can expect to find including HDR support, variable refresh rates, wide- and multi-screen support, uncapped framerate & resolution, a custom HUD with hardware optimizations, asynchronous compute, and multithreading of command buffers.
