The RPG Files: God Eater 3 Review

God Eater 3 is a breath of fresh air for the God Eater franchise. It does not change much in terms of how the game is played, but what it does do is heavily improve on a lot of its previous systems and its mechanics. God Eater 3 does bring a new mission type into the game that involves 8 players. This is where I will start my tale of how I no-life my weekend away because it was really hard to pull myself away. This is our God Eater 3 review.

Closers Season 3: Rogue Agents Launches with Surprises in Store

En Masse Entertainment has announced that Closers Season 3: Rogue Agents has officially launched. Players will be sent off on a new adventure that is features an unexpected twist: “The Wildh�ter team, led by Wolfgang, is now opposed to the rest of the UNION and has split off on its own.” To prepare players for the new content, EME has released a new video called “The Story So Far”.

Red Dead Reflections

As is the way of the wild west, each gunslinger eventually takes one last ride into a sunset they call the used to be. My time with Red Dead Redemption 2 has nearly come to an end. I see the conclusion but have yet to pursue it. This struck me as a good time to do a reflections piece on some of the areas that I’d like to see improved upon.

THQ Nordic Acquires Kingdom Come: Deliverance Developer Warhorse Studios

Warhorse Studios CEO Martin Fryvaldsky has announced that the company and all of its intellectual property has been acquired by THQ Nordic for approximately $48.5M. The two companies had worked cooperatively during the development of indie-game Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Warhorse will retain its independence as part of Koch Media, with all upper management personnel remaining in place.

Ship of Heroes Team: Leveling Up is More Than a Flash & a Bunch of Words

The Ship of Heroes forum has a new post from the development team that provides the community with an update on what is in the current pipeline. Most notably, the team is taking a hard look at the level-up process. “You might think this is easy — just a flash of light and some text on the screen saying you leveled up…but it is actually a fundamental system,” the post reads.
