Everyone is invited to Ashes of Creation Apocalypse and its open stress test that will take place on Thursday, February 7th. The event will begin at 1:00 pm Pacific / 4:00 pm Eastern and run through 6:00 pm Pacific / 9:00 pm Eastern that same day. The goals of the open stress test are to check on “network packet optimization and server frame rate” with players placed in Battle Royale Squad mode with increasing numbers of players added per match.

The Elder Scrolls Online site has been updated with a post from Loremaster Lawrence Schick who uses the space to announced that he is leaving Zenimax for “his next great adventure”. Schick has been with the company since 2009 as its Lead Writer and Loremaster. The post is filled with Schick’s observations about the community and its importance to Tamriel.
Preloading for tomorrow’s The Division 2 Private Beta has started via UPlay and the client weighs in at a hefty 41.89Gb for PC. The demo event will run from Thursday, February 7th through Monday, February 11th and provides guaranteed access for those who have preordered the game. A limited number of keys have also been given out to those who registered on the game’s official site.
From February 7th to February 12th, Elder Scrolls Online players who are not already Plus members are invited to try out ESO Plus for themselves. Plus membership offers players full access to all of the game’s DLC including Murkmire, the latest content expansion DLC.
