Everyone has a fighting chance
It’s been a long time, but Gearbox finally took the wraps off Borderlands 3 at this year’s PAX East and boy did it look awesome. And as awesome as it did look, the presentation was unfortunately scant on details. Fast forward a couple of days later and we’ve learned quite a bit more about the newest entry in the series, with details on characters, weapons, platforms and more. Let’s recap.
Britain’s Prince Harry has come out publicly calling for a ban of Fortnite. The comments were made at a West London YMCA where he further elaborated that games like Fortnite are designed to addict youngsters. “The game shouldn’t be allowed. Where is the benefit of having it in your household?” he said. It’s created to addict, an addiction to keep you in front of a computer for as long as possible. It’s so irresponsible.”
Alexander Volkanovski faces the biggest test of his career so far when he faces off against former featherweight king Jose Aldo at UFC 237 on May 11 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and he’s making the argument that it should be for bigger stakes.

He acknowledges that the issues are present and that “it’s our top priority to continue working to solve them”. Hudson then goes on to talk about efforts already underway to ease some of the top level concerns, but mentions that “there’s much more to do”.

On April 16th, Rocket League players will be able to check out the brand new Esports Shop that will allow them to show off with gear themed around their favorite squads taking part in the esports division. In addition, Rocket Pass 3 will launch on April 17th with the new Challenge System. The team has promised that more will be revealed in an in-depth developer post “very soon”.
The Heroes of the Storm team will be taking part in a special Reddit AMA starting at 10:00 am Pacific / 1:00 pm Eastern today. Eight members of the development team will be on hand to answer questions from the community. This could be an interesting and informative event in light of the big changes the game has undergone in the past several months, including the elimination of Blizzard-sponsored tournaments, the corporate layoffs and interesting changes to the game itself.
