Corruption portals in New World are one of the few major PvE activities that bring players of all levels together. If you’ve got a weapon and want to run in circles for a few hours, New World has an activity for you. Bradford has spent the better part of three days doing mostly portals for his review, and we’re pretty sure he’s going crazy now as a result. But in a good way.

Star Trek Online is hosting a Halloween event for the first time ever this year, with players able to take part in the three-week-long Fall of the Old Ones event. The event itself centers around the alien races: the Old Ones and the Devidians and will see players help protect the Milky Way from the latter.
Lineage2M, a mobile MMO in the long-standing Lineage series, is finally coming to the west, NCSoft announced this morning. In fact, it’s coming to 29 different countries this winter, as well as being fully localized into six different languages at launch.

New World has had a week. Since releasing last Tuesday, the new MMO from Amazon has seen over 1 million players hit the shores of Aeternum, and has continually broken its own concurrent player count records, hitting over 900K this weekend.
