Former unified light welterweight champion Danny Garcia (31-0, 18 KOs) scored a 9th round stoppage over fellow American Paulie Malignaggi (33-7, 7 KOs) on Saturday night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Campbell crushes Coyle in 10

2012 Olympic gold medalist Luke Campbell (12-0, 10 KOs) stopped hometown rival Tommy Coyle (21-3, 12 KOs) in the 10th round of their WBC lightweight eliminator on Saturday night at the KC Lightstream Stadium in Hull.

Demetrius Andrade stripped of WBO light middleweight title

Demetrius Andrade (21-0, 14 KOs) has been stripped of his WBO light middleweight title after 13 months of inactivity.
The 2008 US Olympian won the  belt when he outpointed Vanes Martirosyan in November 2013 and defended it by stopping British challenger Brian Rose in the seventh round in June 2014. But now the WBO have stripped him of the title for failing to defend it since.

WBA orders Perez-Crolla rematch after controversial draw

The WBA have ordered lightweight champion Darleys Perez (32-1-1, 20 KOs) to face British contender Anthony Crolla (29-4-3, 11 KOs) in a rematch following their disputed draw earlier this month.
Most observers thought Crolla had done enough to take the title especially because the Columbian visitor was deducted two points for lows blow in the later rounds.

The WBA super middleweight title fight between champion Fedor Chudinov (13-0, 10 KOs) and British challenger Frank Buglioni (16-1-1, 12 KOs) has been rescheduled for September 26 at The SSE Arena, Wembley in London.
The 26-year-old Buglioni was due to face Chudinov, 27,  last Friday night at the same venue, but the Russian withdrew two weeks’ prior to the fight with a broken nose he sustained in sparring.

British super bantamweight contender Kid Galahad has had his appeal against a two-year suspension rejected by the UK Anti-Doping agency.
The 25-year-old was the reigning European and Commonwealth champion when he tested positive for the banned steroid stanozolol after beating Adeilson Dos Santos for the vacant IBF youth super bantamweight title in September last year.
