In response to community requests for additional ways to help support Dual Universe, the team has opened a new portal that adds multiple ways for fans and future players to help see the game completed.

With over 2 days left in the Kickstarter process, Dual Universe has passed its initial funding goal of ?500,000 and has now moved onto stretch goals.

Novaquark is releasing a new video to show you one of the exciting aspects of Dual Universe: the fact that it is possible for players to share the same spaceship at the same time, also known as multiplayer crew. The gameplay possibilities are important because it will allow players to specialize on various aspect of the ship piloting and management, creating dedicated teams working together.

The Dual Universe team has released a brand new pre-alpha video shown during both Gamescom and PAX West that features a “god mode” tour of the game world. It’s a beautiful look at a game that has caught the eye of many. See what you think!

The Dual Universe team has a brand new video to show off ten minutes of game play action and the evolution of a player as they journey through the game world. As expected, the caveat is that this is pre-alpha and that the graphics are a work in progress. Still, it’s a fantastic look at a forthcoming game that has many people excited about it. Dual Universe is an incredibly ambitious game, and I wouldn’t blame you if you felt a little skeptical about its promise of creating a shared universe where millions of players can coexist. Dual Universe isn’t just meant to be explored, but also lived in as players begin to organize and form their own digital societies. During E3 in LA, I sat down with the founder of Dual Universe developer Novaquark, JC Baille, to talk candidly about what Dual Universe is, but more importantly, how it works.

Novaquark has released an E3 2016 trailer to show off the first-ever look at Dual Universe in a pre-alpha version of the game. The video gives viewers a look at the technology behind the game as well as some gameplay mechanics.

Novaquark has lifted the lid on its new project called Dual Universe. Called a “continuous single-shard universe” players are able to edit the game word and build without restrictions. The game will be played in first-person view in a universe packed with planets to explore and player ability to explore, mine, craft, trade, battle and participate in politics.
