The Elder Scrolls Online team has announced that it will be bringing Twitch Drops to players and fans in the coming weeks. In addition, Crown Packs, ESO Plus and ESO: Summerset will be coming to the Games on Twitch Digital Store. During this time period, Plus members will be able to earn as many as six Scalecaller Crown Crates with only logging in daily as the requirement. In addition, those who are not Plus members can try certain features of the program out for free. There’s a laundry list of neat items and boons that players can take advantage of during the weeklong event.
Elder Scrolls Online – PvP to See Lots of Changes to Battlegrounds & Cyrodiil in Update 18
Update 18 is the free-to-all patch for Elder Scrolls Online players that will go live when the Summerset Isles expansion launches. It promises to bring a lot of quality of life improvements but also a number of changes to the PvP system. Players will be able to set off on daily faction-based quests in Cyrodiil that can be completed once per day per character. The new “base version” of the game is being renamed simply to Elder Scrolls Online and will contain all of the content through the Morrowind chapter. In the coming weeks, the Morrowind zone will also be available in the Crown Store as will the Warden Class, available separately.
