Everyone has a fighting chance
The Elder Scrolls Online team has announced that it will be bringing Twitch Drops to players and fans in the coming weeks. In addition, Crown Packs, ESO Plus and ESO: Summerset will be coming to the Games on Twitch Digital Store. Some of the items that viewers can purchase will have special Twitch themes to them and purchases of these items will support a viewer’s favorite streamers.
When the Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset expansion launches in the next few weeks, players will be mind-boggled by the amount of things to do. To help direct folks to some cool new things to do, the ESO site has been updated with a new blog post that lays out some of the most tasty bites of new content.
The Elder Scrolls Online site has been updated with a new developer blog to introduce readers to Cloudrest, the upcoming 12-player Trial that will arrive with the Summerset expansion. Cloudrest is home to four Welkynar, elite gryphon riders.
The Elder Scrolls Online site has been updated with a new post to detail three of the big additions to the game when Update 18 goes live later this summer. Most notably, players will find Daily Log In rewards, the ability to gift items to others from the Crown Store and a number of combat changes.
From April 24th to April 30th, Elder Scrolls Online Plus members can take part in the ESO Plus Bonus Event. During this time period, Plus members will be able to earn as many as six Scalecaller Crown Crates with only logging in daily as the requirement. In addition, those who are not Plus members can try certain features of the program out for free. There’s a laundry list of neat items and boons that players can take advantage of during the weeklong event.
Update 18 is the free-to-all patch for Elder Scrolls Online players that will go live when the Summerset Isles expansion launches. It promises to bring a lot of quality of life improvements but also a number of changes to the PvP system. Players will be able to set off on daily faction-based quests in Cyrodiil that can be completed once per day per character. These will yield the Gladiator’s Rucksacks that come packed with crafting materials, treasure maps and redeemable Gladiator’s Proof.
If you’re looking for an early experience with the next content update coming to Elder Scrolls Online, look no further than today’s arrival of the Summerset Isles on the PTS. There is a caveat, of course, in the form of a limited NDA that prohibits spoiling the major storyline beyond The Queen’s Decree. However, players will be able to provide general impressions of the new content including Jewelry Crafting, new items, Psijic Order Skill line and much more.
If you’re itching to get your hands on the next chapter in Elder Scrolls Online, you’ll be able to do so sometime this month. Summerset Isles will be arriving on the PTS soon and, while players can stream and post impressions about their experiences, there will be an NDA in place with regard to main questline spoilers past the first quests, The Queen’s Decree.
The Elder Scrolls Online site has been updated with a beefy post to provide a preview of the upcoming Jewelry Crafting ability that will head into the game when Summerset Isles launches in June. Players will be able to create custom necklaces and rings that will “give players more freedom in how they build their characters.” according to Creative Director Rich Lambert.
The Elder Scrolls Online site has been updated with a great post to lay out some of the changes in the game and how players will soon be able to gain access to even more ESO content going forward. The new “base version” of the game is being renamed simply to Elder Scrolls Online and will contain all of the content through the Morrowind chapter. In the coming weeks, the Morrowind zone will also be available in the Crown Store as will the Warden Class, available separately.
