According to the counter on the Shroud of the Avatar site, the game’s fund raising efforts have netted over six million dollars. the KickStarter campaign run earlier brought in approximately $2M with another $4M brought in during the subsequent months.
In a surprise move, Zenimax has announced that Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimted, the ‘buy to play’ version of the game, is now live nearly a day earlier than anticipated. The word is out that the North American megaserver IS online and players can begin updating their clients in order to log in to check out the big changes that the update brings.

Right now we are in a bit of a lull in the MMO release schedule. Czech developers TEAM 21 this week launched a Kickstarter page for their upcoming hardcore RPG, Dungeons of Aledorn, calling it a "spiritual successor" to old school dungeon crawlers.
Heroes & Generals saw its largest update ever this week, and among other changes was the addition of the Soviet Union Faction. Named after Soviet commander Semyon Timoshenko, the update augments the game with 1,000 new European battlefields, 14 vehicles and planes, and more than a dozen new weapons.
