Everyone has a fighting chance
Blizzard announced two new playable characters for Overwatch at yesterday’s panel: Zarya, a new female tank with a particle cannon and McCree, a six-shooter carrying bounty hunter who’s clearly not one for modesty given the fact he wears the title of BAMF on his belt buckle. We had a chance to sample McCree for ourselves on the show floor of this year’s PAX East and the character definitely lives up to his chosen moniker.
Friday at PAX East I had the opportunity to play Echo of Soul, an MMORPG that was released over in South Korea back in 2013. Following a very successful year, it was then released in China and Thailand, where it also performed well, and now Aeria Games is bringing it over here to the U.S. Tom Nichols, of Aeria, and June Sung Kim, of Nvious Corporation, were kind enough to give us a little hands-on preview of what’s coming up.

ArenaNet is on hand at this weekend’s PAX East convention in Boston and attendees are being given the opportunity to try out the forthcoming Guild Wars 2 expansion, Heart of Thorns. A short post has also appeared on the site that announces that the HoT beta will begin shortly after the end of PAX East. Most interestingly, the beta will not feature an NDA for testers.

After a long beta development stage, Turbine has announced that it’s DC Comics-inspired MOBA, Infinite Crisis, will officially launch on Steam on March 26th.
