From now to July 28th players of all WEBZEN’s MMOs will be able to access the new summer events that include online card game at the WEBZEN site that can reward players with in-game items as they accumulate wins and a number of in-game events.

During next weekend’s QuakeCon several charities will be on hand to give fans an opportunity to assist in fund raising.

I have recently discovered that I really enjoy primitive-looking, voxel-based, sometimes-sidescroller-y survival games. It sounds a bit specific, so I mean games like Starbound, Minecraft, or Terraria. I love the way the graphics look simple (which means easy to run on older PCs) but feature realistic lighting or shading. I especially love the fact that these titles offer a wide variety of open-ended content and keep the barrier of entry low.

Gaijin Entertainment has announced that is forthcoming post-apocalyptic vehicular MMO will be entering closed beta testing later this year. As part of the ramp up in information, the team has released a bit of lore from the game.

MMORPG.com has partnered with WEBZEN to bring our members a special summer pack, the key will unlock many useful items for any of WEBZEN games, including Archlord 2, CONTINENT OF THE NINTH SEAL (C9), MU Online, Flyff and Rappelz. The choice of the package is in the player’s hands, and each key will give them a free item package for the selected game.

Neocore Games, developers of the Van Helsing III series, has announced that a new action RPG based on the Warhammer 40K universe is now in development and is due out sometime next year. Neocore is working in collaboration with Games Workshop on the project

The guys over at Steparu.com have posted a new closed beta review of Dragon’s Dogma Online. The reviewer covers topics including what type of game is DDO (more of an Action MMORPG), combat and interactive battles, final bosses and more. The review is also accompanied by several videos to show off some of the game play in action.

The Roccat team has reached out to let us know that it will be showing off the first 3D printable MMO mouse, the Roccat Nyth, at this year’s Gamescom.

Guild of Dungeoneering has officially launched for both PC and Mac. Interested players can grab a copy off of Steam or GoG for $14.99. The game turns the game around by having players build the dungeon for their non-playable dungeoneer to explore.
