During a meeting of investors, CD Projekt Red revealed that it has an as-yet uannounced game coming in 2016, though no hints were given as to what that game could be. According to a recent interview with CD Projekt Red, the upcoming expansion to The Witcher 3, Blood & Sand, will be Geralt’s last adventure and writer Jakub Szamalek reportedly believes that the expansion is “something even better than the main game”.

CD Projekt Red has released the first screenshots from the upcoming expansion to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Called Blood & Wine, the expansion sees Geralt in a land free from the horrors and bloodshed that he’s used to — though that seemingly bucolic location masks the intrigue and an ancient secret. Blood & Wine is due out in the first half of 2016 and will feature up to twenty hours of new content.

Speaking to Gamespot, CD Projekt Red’s Marcin Iwinski said that "it wouldn’t be fair towards the fans" not to make a fourth game in the Witcher series. "We work within this universe for over a dozen years now and I don’t think it’s going to be the end of it."
