Halloween might be two weeks away, but Wizard101’s parties are happening all month long. Though in-game meet-ups are typically held in castles or popular world hubs, I thought I’d share some more uncommon “spooky” spiral locations that could work as event backdrops.

As soon as the calendar read October 1st, KingsIsle flipped their Halloween switch and unleashed all manner of darkness and demons back into the spiral. Talk about wasting no time! Although most of 2018’s spookiness are old favorites, KingsIsle did supply some new surprises for the brave wizards of the spiral.

September may be halfway over, but Wizard101’s decaversary celebration is still in full swing. Just in time for its 10th Anniversary, Wizard101 is taking to Steam. It’s a move I’ve wanted KingsIsle to make for quite some time now, and I’m ecstatic that they’re finally taking the leap. However, there are a few important things that players need to know before they pack up their traditional launcher.

As a tournament master, I make sure derby tournaments run smoothly and solve any problems that may arise. Strangely enough, my most frustrating derby experience didn’t come from running a tournament. It came from preparing for a tournament.

I’m not exactly sure how Christmas in July started, but I’m sure not complaining. Wizard101 kicked off its celebration on Monday. Players have until July 29th to visit Felix Navidad, grab seasonal items, and participate in Christmas festivities.

Wizard101 is getting a 2018 makeover just in time for its 10th anniversary. While Renee Wooften puts the finishing touches on the revamped areas of the spiral, players remain eager to see the final result. There are some VERY talented and dedicated housing decorators in the KingsIsle community. Me? I’m certainly not one of them. I envy people who can see a blank canvas within castle walls. All I see is storage space. So, you can imagine my awe when I visit other houses with decorations dangling from ceiling to floor. If you’re “decorating challenged” like me, you’ll be happy to know that there are a few other uses for your castle other than a pretty tour destination.
